GGEA is an intuitive method to detect consistently and
coherently enriched gene sets, based on prior knowledge derived
from directed gene regulatory networks.
GGEA comes embedded in the EnrichmentBrowser system, a powerful multi-functional framework for enrichment analysis of gene expression data.
